You’re personally invited to participate in Silicon Prairie News’ first Des Moines event, the Creative Capital Pitch Session, this Thursday, January 28 at Dos Rios (316 Court Avenue) in downtown Des Moines.
Format
Co-produced by the Technology Association of Iowa, the Creative Capital Pitch Session event will feature pitches by eight contestants chosen from 22 ideas orginally pitched through a video submission. On Thursday, each contestant will pitch live to those in attendance. A panel of judges will select three finalists, equally weighing the idea presented and the delivery of the pitch, and then turn it over to an audience vote to determine the winner.
The contestant whose pitch receives the most votes will take home the $1,000 prize courtesy of sponsor Paragon IT Professionals.
