Last Thursday evening, over 100 people made their way to LIV Lounge to celebrate the launch of our redesigned site. It was an exciting event and LIV Lounge was a great venue for it, we encourage you to check it out and make sure to tell them Silicon Prairie News sent you.

Most fulfilling for Dusty, Danny and myself, was having all of our contributors in Omaha for the event. They’re the backbone of what we do at Silicon Prairie News and it was the first time we all came together to both celebrate how far we’ve come and look forward to where we want to go.

Jon Firmature and his team at LIV did an amazing job hosting the event. Going out of their way to come up with some uniquely named drinks added to the excellent hospitality we recieved!

If you haven’t checked out last week’s Weekly Wrap Up, which was recorded at LIV, make sure to take a gander. Also, we’d love to do more filming on location so please feel free to send along your ideas! We do listen…for example, when Dave Anderson suggested the Bob Kerry Bridge, we accepted!

Thanks to everyone who came out to celebrate! You continue to give us the energy to move forward and raise the bar!
