The next Omaha Game Developers Association meeting is this Saturday, February 20 at 6 p.m. The meetings are held at Scooter’s, 108th and O Street in Omaha. The meeting is open to anyone – whether professional, hobbyist, or simply curious – who is interested in working in the game development field as a programmer, artist, animator, designer, musician, or producer. Scooter’s has free WiFi, so bring your laptop if you want.

Visit the OGDA website for more information or join in the ongoing industry conversation on our message board.

Recently, Dave was the focus of a Silicon Prairie News profile post and was interviewed extensively for SPN In-Depth: The fate of Midwest game development. Dave’s a great guy working hard to shape the game development community in Omaha – if you’re at all interested in it, I encourage you to join him on the 20th.
