The link takes you to the video below from Daniel Pink‘s talk at the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (RSA), a London-based charity that, acording to its website, “has been a cradle of enlightenment thinking and a force for social progress.”

Pink is the author of several bestselling books about the changing world of work. His latest, Drive: The Surprising Truth About What Motivates Us, was the subject of the talk featured in the video.

The combination of very interesting observations from Pink and well-done animations from the RSA make for a compelling 11 minutes. I encourage you to start your week off with this video – maybe it’ll change the way you do or run things at your organization.
