Thanks to the music of Ryan Stier, I’m now on an internet meme kick. Hence the headline, inspired by former meme and still frequented site: Texts from Last Night.

Stier played at BitMethod’s open house last night and his setlist consisted of meme song after meme song, such as the recent hits Bed Intruder Song and Double Rainbow Song. BitMethod’s new offices are located on the 12th floor of a downtown Des Moines office building located at 418 6th Avenue. They were formerly located in the now closed down Impromptu Studio at 300 Southwest 5th Street.

While in attendance, I snapped the following photos of the party-goers and BitMethod’s new space. Kicking it off is one appropriately showing the welcome sign in lolcat language.

The welcome sign just inside the entrance of the BitMethod office.

Displayed in the entryway of BitMethod’s office is a number of their entries from the “BitMethod Field Guide to Modern Business.”

A quick photo of the BitMethod team…well, at least their business cards.

A photo taken just after entering the office.

The conference room which pays homage to Impromptu Studio, the coworking space BitMethod co-founder Daniel Shipton co-founded in 2008. At the same time BitMethod began moving offices (October 29th), Shipton formally closed down Impromptu.
