Silicon Prairie News Meetup on May 25 at blanc burgers + bottles

May 19, 2011 by

This one is going to be tasty. Join us next Wednesday, May 25 from 5 to 7 p.m. at blanc burgers + bottles at Midtown Crossing for our second Silicon Prairie News Meetup. Just over one month since our first meetup, we’re hoping to bring folks together to converse about stories on our blog, new startups and products that have launched in the region and, of course, the happenings of Big Omaha. Let’s take the energy that hit the hallways of KANEKO at Big Omaha and keep it flowing in the strong community that continues to grow.

If you haven’t yet been to blanc, this will be a great time to check it out. It’s a cool new restaurant in Omaha serving up gourmet burgers and drinks. To accommodate our meetup, the management at blanc will be offering their Happy Hour and Quick Fix menus from 5-7 p.m., so join us for a drink and maybe stay for a bite to eat.

Also a bonus for the meetup, we’ll have some free Silicon Prairie News swag and Big Omaha T-shirts and posters for purchase. Come grab some free stickers and buttons, and if you didn’t get a chance to pick up a shirt or poster at Big Omaha, we’ll have them for sale for $10 each. For the stickers, we owe a big thanks to an in-kind sponsorship from Sticker Mule – if you’d like to order some stickers yourself, they’re giving our readers a $25 credit. To redeem, visit stickermule.com/spn.
