After the holiday weekend, we’re set to sail through the week with a few events, one of which we are launching in Des Moines. On Wednesday, BitMethod will host a Design + Tech meetup. The ebb of events continues on Thursday with the first Silicon Prairie News Meetup in Des Moines (See our post: Join us for the Silicon Prairie News Meetup on July 7 at Amici Espresso) and TechBrew Cedar Valley. On Friday, a Venture Friday meetup will take place in Westwood, Kan.

Join us for the Technology Association of Iowa’s TechBrew event, an informal gathering of entrepreneurs, technologists, business people and funders getting together to talk over a beer (social lubrication). Cocktails and networking will begin promptly at 5 pm!
