Phenomblue is looking for passionate interactive designers who can bring our crazy ideas to life. A designer is responsible for understanding a client’s business and communication goals, and translating them into unique creative solutions. The Senior Experience Designer takes on a hands-on role leading design efforts, working directly with clients, and teaming with producers and technologists to implement designs into technology frameworks.

The right fit will share our belief that design is as much about behavior and emotion as it is about utility and ease of use. Senior Designers provide leadership in concept development, creation of original art and wire-frame interaction models, project design/development, and QA. They are responsible for the development of innovative navigation systems, interface designs, typography, and screen or page layouts for websites, applications, software, and other interactive media. Power Protection Products – Sales Engineer (Omaha)

Power Protection Products specializes in data center and facility infrastructure, energy efficiency and “Power Quality” solutions for commercial, industrial and OEM market segments.

This position will be responsible for client driven projects. Activities include developing precise project quotations, ensure communication and delivery of design criteria and critical milestone dates, resolve issues and barriers. This position is also responsible for placing orders, managing timelines, and monitoring materials to ensure on-time delivery of equipment that support wholesale and end user customers.

This position will also assist mulit-faceted engineered sales activities on a market by market basis in cooperation with existing distribution channels and reseller marketing teams. You will support quarterly and annual initiatives through extensive distributor, reseller and customer interaction.

Extensive experience with Project Management is required. This position requires exceptional problem solving skills and the ability to excel and empower cross-functional teams. Technical knowledge in data center and facility infrastructure equipment and power quality equipment is desired.

Successful candidates will have prior experience in IT sales and or distribution of industrial electronic equipment with 3 to 4 years field sales support experience. A demonstrated ability to develop strong working relationships across all levels of management is very important. The candidate must be highly motivated, and be able to work well alone as well as in a team environment.

Simpson College – Web Development Specialist and WordPress Expert (Indianola, IA)

Simpson College is a private Liberal Arts College.

This position will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day maintenance and ongoing enhancements to ensure the web presence is well aligned with Simpson’s goals and objectives including its overall brand position. The position is in the department of Marketing and Public Relations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following.

  • Keeping the website current, consistent, and competitive by proactively working with various departments to ensure Simpson’s online presence consistently communicates the high quality and thriving environment that the College offers.
  • Monitoring best practices and web trends and analyzing website traffic and usage in order to recommend enhancements that contribute to the continuous growth and evolution of the site.
  • Ongoing WordPress updates and plugin support
  • Coordinating and conducting WordPress training and support materials for web admins across campus.
  • Managing the growth and integrity of the site’s information architecture and Google Search Appliance.
