With more than 3,200 submissions, the competition is as fierce as ever to land a panel at next year’s South by Southwest Interactive, but through Friday you have a chance to help out your Silicon Priarie freinds with a quick “thumbs up.”

To vote for one of the seven “Panels from the Prairie” submissions, two of which include representation from the Silicon Prairie News staff, you’ll need to make a visit to the SXSW PanelPicker, sign up for an account and click on the thumbs up button. The PanelPicker accounts for 30 percent of the selection process, with the SXSW staff and advisory board accounting for the other 30 and 40 percent, respectively.

To learn more about the PanelPicker, see SXSW’s PanelPicker FAQ, and to learn more about SXSW Interactive taking place March 9-13, visit sxsw.com/interactive.
