Thursday, Gordon Whitten serial entrepreneur and C level exec, will present at Cornstalks, Omaha’s monthly gathering for individuals interested in high-growth entrepreneurship hosted by the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce.

According to Whitten’s LinkedIn profile, he founded two technology companies and launched three consumer products as a vice president in a Fortune-500 company in the past eight years. In his presentation on Thursday, Whitten will talk about his history as an entrepreneur, including his time as chief executive officer of Sojern, an Omaha-based travel advertising and data company, and his current work with startups.

Networking starts at 6:30 p.m. at the downtown chamber office (1301 Harney) and Whitten’s presentation will begin at 7:30 p.m. when the founder, CEO and investor will discuss his experiences and new ideas. The event is free and open to the public.
