Kansas City’s Tech ESP sets all six dates, first three speakers for 2012

Kansas City’s Technology Entrepreneur Speakers Program (Tech ESP) is back for 2012, and the first three of the program’s six speakers for the year have been confirmed. 

Maria Flynn (far left), the president and CEO of Orbis Biosciences, will present at the first event of the year, on March 20. Ben Milne (middle left), the co-founder and CEO of Dwolla, is the scheduled speaker for April 17. Thad Langford (near left), the former president of Zave Networks and current executive in residence at OpenAir Equity Partners, is slated to talk on May 15. 

The final three events on the 2012 Tech ESP calendar are June 19, Sept. 18 and Oct. 16. Speakers have not been announced for those dates. All Tech ESP events are held from 5:30-7 p.m. at the Country Club Plaza offices of Polsinelli Shugart (700 W. 47th Street) in Kansas City, Mo.

This series … highlights the region’s most innovative technology business leaders as they discuss ideas and opportunities for the future generation of entrepreneurs. Tech ESP highlights experiences, lessons learned and unique issues and challenges faced by entrepreneurs in the creation of a new enterprise.

People who plan to attend are asked to register in advance. Tickets cost $25 in advance and $30 at the door.
