Innovation Cafe will take its coworking office space and existing members downtown April 1 to 111 W. 10th Street after about two years in the Crossroads.

The 13,000 square feet of usable space is a large step up from the previous location’s 5,500 square feet, which is the biggest reason behind the move, Innovation Cafe co-founder David Teeman said Tuesday in an email.

The available benefits have been expanded, as well. Memberships start at $39 per month for 24/7 access, free coffee and internet, and go up to $1,250 per month. All options are month-to-month and include furnished private offices, dedicated work stations (right) and open office spaces. Copies, prints, conference room time, parking and storage lockers are included in different configurations depending on the level of membership—some levels of membership include access to a gym and indoor pool within the building.

A coffee shop will be open to members and the general public, but the public won’t be able to access any member areas.
