After a bundle of press earlier this month covering its latest round of funding, Dwolla on Tuesday landed back in the headlines for its involvement in the Bitcoin ecosystem. Gox, reportedly the largest exchange. BetaBeat broke the news and ArsTechnica today posted a warrant that states there’s probable cause to believe Mt. Gox is engaging in “money transmitting” without a license, a crime punishable by a fine or up to five years in prison. — Source: BetaBeat
