Method started in an apartment where Eric and his co-founder wanted to create green cleaning products that looked beautiful. More specifically, they wanted to “create an entire line of home care products that were more powerful than a bottle of sodium hypochlorite. Gentler than a thousand puppy licks. Able to detox tall homes in a single afternoon.”
With stories in Fortune, Vanity Fair, Real Simple, and O magazines, Method is serious about creating quality products all around. On their website you can find the mantra of “We are… clean, safe, green, design, fragrance.”
We are stoked to bring in an entrepreneur in the retail and big box space. The experience gained in growing a company from your apartment, to the shelves of Target, to selling a major company like Ecover while maintaining the company’s mission over the course of 12 years is not something to be taken lightly. We admire Method for doing great things for this planet and our countertops.
