The third-annual Midwest Entrepreneurship Conference will return to Omaha April 4-5 and features presentations from more than 10 successful entrepreneurs under 30 who have launched a new business in or shortly after college as well as seasoned entrepreneurs who will share their experiences. 

Mike Schultz, co-founder of RAIN Group and author of Rainmaking Conversations, is the conference’s keynote speaker. Schultz is a world-renowned consultant and sales expert named the Top Sales Thought Leader globally in 2011 by Top Sales Awards, according to a release from the University of Nebraka at Omaha.

“This conference is a perfect opportunity for students and young professionals of all backgrounds to learn how they can channel their innovation and creativity to make great things happen,” said Dale Eesley, director of the Center for Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Franchising and an assistant professor in entrepreneurship and strategy.

More than 300 students and young professionals are expected to attend the conference at KANEKO, located in Omaha’s Old Market district.

The event is sponsored by UNO’s Collegiate Entrepreneurs’ Organization (CEO) and the Center for Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Franchising at the University of Nebraska’s College of Business Administration.
