Ellen Gustafson delivers a passionate, salty talk on sustainable food systems

Big Omaha speaker videos are here. We’ll be releasing a video each Monday, Wednesday and Friday until late-July. Stay tuned to hear lessons, stories and more from some of the most interesting founders in the nation. You can find the past videos here.

The salty vocabulary of prodigiously successful, serial social entrepreneur Ellen Gustafson added extra passion to the closing speech at Big Omaha. Gustafson describes herself as a “sustainable food system activist, author, innovator and social entrepreneur.” She co-founded FEED Projects and a number of other businesses related to changing food systems. She’s also the author of a recently-released book called “We the Eaters.”

The Big Omaha video series is brought to you by First National Bank of Omaha.
