Since the 2011 acquisition, Hemeon has influenced some of Google’s largest projects to date and quickly became a sought-after designer. He led YouTube’s 2012 sitewide redesign. He has since worked on design for Chromecast, Google Analytics and Google X’s self driving car project. Just last month, Google Ventures named him Entrepreneur in Residence.
