Share your “big idea” and you could win a ticket to Big Kansas City

Our friends at the Kauffman Foundation want to give one person the opportunity to start their something big by rewarding them a ticket to Big Kansas City 2014. How? It’s easy. Simply tell us what you want to start.

We’re heading into year two of Big Kansas City, and looking forward to sharing your stories and those of our speakers over the next few weeks. All of this wouldn’t be possible without our content partner, Pinsight Media+. They are a pioneer in mobile media with deep entrepreneurial roots. Their team brings leadership, experience and global awareness to Kansas City’s booming startup community. Big Kansas City

We’re a mere two weeks from Big Kansas City 2014. With today’s announcement, we have an incredible list of 14 speakers who will share their stories with our audience of entrepreneurs, corporate innovators and college students. These keynotes, combined with five parties, many pop up events, artist installations, a $100,000 pitch competition and more, will equip this group with the knowledge and connections to Start Something Big.

On Friday, Sept. 26

  • Tweet @BigKansasCity with your idea. Whether it’s a new startup, side project, way to further your current company or something else, we want to hear about it.
  • Use the hashtag #startsomethingbig

That’s it. We’ll be sharing our favorites throughout the day on Friday and will announce a winner on Monday. Huge thanks to the Kauffman Foundation for supporting this contest as well as their continued support of SPN and all things entrepreneurship.
