Urbana, Iowa-based Clickstop announced plans for their multimillion-dollar expansion last month. This will be their second expansion since 2011 and will largely focus on their manufacturing department.
This expansion will add an estimated 100 jobs to their workforce by 2018, of which about half will be manufacturing-related. The estimated completion date for the project is August 2016.
“We began as an e-commerce business, but are evolving past that with the development of our manufacturing department and focus on customer service. Our websites are there for convenience, but we also have a growing sales team available to better serve our customer base. We are excited to add more capabilities to our operations through this expansion and to see what the future holds,” said Katie Linder, Public Relations and Media Specialist.
Clickstop is the parent company of several brands including: US Cargo Control, EcoFoil, FasternersPlus, JustPlasticBoxes and SpaceSavers. Those brands serve diverse markets ranging from cargo control equipment and professional moving supplies to energy efficient insulation, fasteners and home storage solution.
