Along with the $50,000 grant, the winners will receive mentors, office space, networks and other opportunities, in exchange for locating significant operations in Kansas City for the next two years.

“LaunchKC is built to be an economic game-changer in Kansas City, Missouri by supporting startup businesses, creating jobs, attracting talent, unlocking value and engaging follow-on investors,” said Mike Hurd, marketing officer for LaunchKC and the Downtown Council of Kansas City, Missouri.
