Whiteboard Technologies recently announced that it has completed a raise of $2.5 million, led by i2e, an Oklahoma based venture entity.

Whiteboard Technologies, creator of Whiteboard Mortgage CRM, provides customer relationship management (CRM) software for mortgage professionals – with a focus on keeping everyone in the loop during the mortgage underwriting process. The company has seen significant customer and revenue growth over the last year – justifying the investment.

The raise was led by i2e and SeedStep Angels – both local Oklahoma funding groups. SeedStep is an angel group that was started by i2e to provide outside angels an opportunity to invest in high growth companies in Oklahoma. i2e is a state organized and backed investment organization that provides a significant amount of capital in Oklahoma – including a reported 32 investments in 21 companies in 2017. Other Oklahoma angels participated in the fundraise.

Whiteboard Technologies is run by Brian Bomar, an experienced leader in the mortgage industry who has built a strong mortgage practice in Oklahoma, with offices in multiple states. The VP of Product and Development is Filip Koutsev, based in Oklahoma City.

Whiteboard Technologies plans to use this round of capital to increase its market traction through sales and marketing and to augment its development staff.
