SecureSky closes $6.5 million funding round


SecureSky raised $6.5 million in seed funding from undisclosed investors on February 26, 2019.

The company intends to use the funds to expand its market reach and continue development of its platform.

SecureSky is headquartered in Omaha and was founded in 2018. The company is a developer of services and technology designed to mitigate security threats associated with migration of business workload to cloud and SaaS providers.

The company’s cloud security management platform enables organizations to fully secure their cloud workloads, data, applications, and infrastructure. The company’s portfolio of cloud security service offerings includes Security Consulting, Managed Detection and Response, active prevention and interactive threat validation.

Company co-founders are Mike Hrabik (CEO) and Steve Idelman. Corey Meyer is the company’s COO.
