Hudl's often the software used to help high school football teams earn a trophy, but the Lincoln, Neb., company last month took home some hardware of its own. KCnext elects SPN’s Regan Carrizales, two others to board of directors

Regional tech council KCnext on Tuesday announced the addition of three members to its board of directors, including Silicon Prairie News community builder Regan Carrizales. Kevin McGinnis, senior vice president of product platforms at Sprint, and Kyle Mallot, vice president at DST Systems, also joined the board, which includes Greg Kratofil, a Polsinelli attorney who's worked with several area startups. Embracing the possibility of ‘what’s next’ instead of ‘what if’

There are many articles which talk about how and why people leave their day jobs to pursue their dreams. It seems as though I read almost an article a week on the subject. Though there are common themes around what it's like to quit a perfectly good job where things are going right but you don't feel like it's where you're supposed to be, I wanted to share some of my thoughts for this week's Founder Friday post.
