A couple of days ago, Techcrunch featured a website called CrunchVision, which plots on a map all of the startups listed in the CrunchBase database of startups. That map shows something like 7 startups from the Omaha/Lincoln areas, but we here at Silicon Prairie News *know* there are more out there!

So, our challenge to all Omaha area startups is…

Get your information entered into CrunchBase, and lets showcase the cool companies that Omaha really has!

It doesn’t take a lot of work, just add your company and logo, and make sure you list Omaha/Lincoln as your location.. If you do this, the CrunchVision site will pick it up automatically. In a couple of days, I will post a followup showing how many startups we were able to add.
