UNL CEO’s Quick Pitch is back for a third year

The UNL Center for Entrepreneurship will host its third-annual “3-2-1 Quick Pitch” event Nov. 6. Students from Nebraska high schools, two-year colleges and four-year colleges will compete in the business pitch competition in the Club Level Suites at Memorial Stadium.

Students from Nebraska high schools, two-year colleges and four-year colleges will compete in the business pitch competition in the Club Level Suites at Memorial Stadium.

Students will have the opportunity to showcase their entrepreneurial, communication and presentation skills while coming up with and pitching their idea for a new business venture.

A panel of entrepreneurially-minded experts from across Nebraska will judge and give out five prizes of $1,000 to winning students.

Students will then have the opportunity to develop their idea for a new business. Organizers say students will receive valuable feedback and networking opportunities with successful entrepreneurs and community leaders.
