John Grange and Silicon Prairie News’ own Dusty Davidson, co-founders of the mobile marketing startup Layeredi, will present Thursday at Cornstalks, a monthly forum for individuals interested in high-growth entrepreneurship.

Grange (far left) and Davidson will tell the backstory of their relationship and founding of Layeredi, along with a discussion of their company’s clients and how they’ve gone about selling to those companies. They’ll also speak about their goals and how they plan to grow and scale Layeredi.

Hosted by the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce and held at CAMP Coworking (1111 North 13th St.), the event kicks off at 6:30 p.m. with networking over complimentary drinks and snacks. At 7:30, Grange and Davidson begin their presentation. The event is free and open to the public.

Here’s more about the two entrepreneurs (provided by Cornstalks):

Dusty Davidson is the co-founder of a number of startups and companies in the Omaha area, including Brightmix, Silicon Prairie News, Tripleseat and now Layeredi. He brings to the table a great technical and product development sense, with a particular eye for building great looking, usable, scalable software products and companies.

John Grange, an experienced investor and entrepreneur in the technology space, co-founded Layeredi with Davidson, overseeing the sales, marketing and business development functions at Layeredi. Previously, Grange was the co-founder of a Microsoft-focused infrastructure and hosting company called PowerDNN, that ranked in the top 5 globally for Microsoft hosting providers.
