Silicon Prairie News is looking for freelance writers in Iowa and the Kansas City area to help us expand our coverage across the region.

We are looking for current students, recent graduates, or experienced writers who are connected to their local startup community and share SPN’s passion for telling success stories, reporting on recent news, and covering important events.

Qualified applicants will have some experience in journalism and be able to provide writing samples, as well as a working knowledge of AP Style and an ability to meet publishing deadlines.
