The company, founded in 2011, closed the deal on March 7. The company employs 40. Co-founders are Colleen Dunlap, CEO, and David Dunlap, Senior Vice President of Corporate Planning.

StoneLock’s biometric access control solution using Near-Infrared (NIR) technology is designed to offer a frictionless, rapid, and reliable identify verification without use of images. Multi-factor Identity authentication is accomplished using biometric data from a user’s face and can support high volumes of users at any single entrance, with no credentials needed.

Industry applications include aviation, corporations, financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, and home security. The company boasts StoneLock deployment by 40 percent of Fortune 100 companies, and 20 percent of Fortune 500 companies.
