A Time for Burning (1966) A special screening of the Academy Award-nominated documentary, with post show discussion featuring director Bill Jersey, the Reverend Susan Butler, and Ray Christensen and Johnice Orduna, both of whom are featured in the film. Presented by It’s Time Omaha, a collective of individuals and community organizations including the Anti-Defamation League, Augustana Lutheran Church, Hope Lutheran, the Center for Human Diversity, Conference for Inclusive Communities, Film Streams at the Ruth Sokolof Theater, the Malcolm X Foundation, Metropolitan Community College, Project Interfaith, Southeast Community College, and the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO).
