Three big events, all one night. Here’s another to add to the list for Thursday:
BioVenture 2009, presented by Creighton University’s Bioscience Entrepreneurship Program, will be held at the Halo Institute (1022 Leavenworth St) at 6:00 p.m. Following a cocktail reception, three students from the program will present their businesses plans:
- Idrop: An iPhone diabetes app
- RxQuote: A pharmaceutical plan pricing software
- Guru Instruments: A new line of pathology lab devices
To participate in what’s sure to be interesting evening, you’ll need to RSVP to Anne York (anneyork@creighton.edu), the program director, by Thursday morning. Anyone is welcome to come — the price of admission is a $100 bill, which will be used to “cast your vote” for one of the three businesses pitched. The $100 is tax deductible as it goes directly to the student.
