Eliason Media, the Urbandale, Iowa company behind the sponsored tweet platform Twittad announced the addition of a director of business development on Tuesday.
Company founder James Eliason has tapped Sandro Serra (pictured), recently of Tribune Media Net, for the role. Sandro brings with him a background in managing advertising campaigns with large retail clients. Sandro will concentrate on the Chicago market while James continues working with clients in Iowa, the company stated in a press release (below).
Eliason Media Hires Director of Business Development
DES MOINES, IOWA; February 10, 2010 – Eliason Media, a firm specializing in the creation and development of social advertising applications for brands and agencies, has hired Sandro Serra as its new Director of Business Development.
Mr. Serra, who had been National Director of Client Services at Tribune Media Net, will be in charge of building and maintaining client relationships with brands and agencies wishing to strengthen their interaction with consumers on mobile devices and social media platforms. Eliason Media will expand its efforts nationally, beginning with an emphasis in the Chicago market, which Mr. Serra will spearhead. The company’s founder, James Eliason, will continue to nurture relationships in Central Iowa.
