This week’s video features one of my favorites from an outstanding organization, Kiva co-founder Jessica Jackley. She shares her story about how her attitude towards those in poverty changed and how the work she’s accomplished through microloan programs has changed the lives of countless individuals who live on just a few dollars a day.

Kiva.org is an online community that helps individuals loan small amounts of money, called microloans, to entrepreneurs throughout the world.
