The team from My Truth Be Told worked late into the night on Friday. Tonight, they’ll present their product along with seven other teams. Photo by Michael Stacy.
Join us around 6:30 p.m. for live-streaming of demo pitches from the eight teams at Startup Weekend Kansas City. Here are the eight ideas that will be presented (in order):
- LoyalT.me — A centralized customer loyalty card that enables small merchants to track customers and customers to earn rewards where they never could before
- CraftWig — A community for crafters, offering in-depth tutorials, shopping lists, price comparison and sharing
- My Car Cart — A customizable, virtual cart to simplify the car-shopping experience
- Trajia — An open-market barter exchange that enables users to increase the value of their skills and excess stuff
- Playlists.com — An web-based service that lets users create playlists for all media, organize media and discover and share new things
- My Truth Be Told — A friendship- and relationship-facilitation service that compiles factual, self-discovery profiles of its members by analyzing a snapshot of their digital footprints
- For The People — A service that aims to create better cities by making it easier for individuals to be better citizens by reporting issues with the use of mobile devices
- Call Me Meeting — An application that provides a new and convenient way to connect to conference calls, finding and calling the participants rather than requiring them to dial in
