Essential job duties include but are not limited to:
- Develops advertising pieces through digital design to effectively convey the project’s message. Designs pieces to encourage customers to buy. Communicates the current status of projects to managers of the Advertising and Marketing Departments. Ensures projects are cost-effective and completed on a timely basis.
- Designs, develops, executes and maintains online marketing programs including email promotions and graphic updates to content manageable portions of the website. Ensures a positive experience for end-users.
- Proofreads artwork at all stages of production and makes all changes necessary. Makes creative decisions concerning graphics, copy, artwork, photography and design in conjunction with OS brand standards.
- Participates in conceptualization meetings designed to generate new ideas and improve on existing designs. Collaborates with design staff to develop new, creative concepts for each project, including visual effects and style of presentation.
- Stays up to date on emerging technologies. Gathers and organizes information, photography, audio/video clips and best practices from other design organizations.
- Communicates directly with managers in the Advertising and Marketing Departments to keep them updated on the progress of current Creative projects.
- Demonstrates a consistent positive attitude to support a productive work environment. Cooperates, communicates and works well with coworkers. Treats all employees and customers respectfully.
