“Startup Kansas,” is a future statewide region of the Startup America Partnership and will officially launch to the public on Jan. 31st, 2012!
Iowa Startup Fair – Tuesday, 3-6 p.m.
Multiple locations throughout Iowa
Startups from across the Iowa will set up informational tables in several regions to showcase their projects for an audience of business, investment, civic, and other community members.

The monthly forums typically have a standing agenda that includes – introductory updates, a presentation from an entrepreneur, light education, and a topic to discuss amongst the group. This month the featured speakers are Ben Pankonin and Matt Secoske of Social Assurance.

This first meeting will be a meet and greet style meeting to get to know everyone and decide on what people would like the format of the future meet ups to look like.

This breakfast we have Michael Sommers. After the sell of one company, he started another named BalancePoint. Michael was instrumental in the founding, business development, and growth of several highly successful companies prior to BalancePoint.
