The Kansas City Developer’s Conference is a two-day conference with one-hour instructional sessions geared toward software developers. The event includes content about anything that is of interest to software developers and their managers.

OpenIowa – Friday-Sunday

Des Moines, Iowa – StartupCity Des Moines (317 6th Avenue, 5th floor)

StartupIowa is bringing the open-data movement to Iowa with the OpenIowa competition, April 27-29. The three-day code-athon—the first of its kind in the state—challenges developers to turn jumbles of government data into something that benefits the state’s residents, visitors, or businesses.
