The Iowa Economic Development Authority announced Friday that Coralville, Iowa-based Higher Learning Technologies was among companies awarded funds by the organization’s board. The Iowa Economic Development Authority announced Friday that Coralville, Iowa-based Higher Learning Technologies was among companies awarded funds by the organization’s board. HLT received a $100,000 loan from the Demonstration Fund to build its software infrastructure and expand into new markets. The company, founded by three University of Iowa graduates, creates digital flashcards and study guides for nursing and dental students, and is among the top 10 grossing educational apps. — Source: Iowa Economic Development
