Sprint CEO Dan Hesse addressed attendees this afternoon at the accelerator’s unveiling.
Today Sprint opened the doors to the future home of its mobile health accelerator at 210 W. 19th Terrace in Kansas City’s Crossroads District. CEO Dan Hesse joined Kansas City, Mo., Mayor Sly James and Kevin McGinnis, vice president of development at Sprint, to discuss the space and what it means for the community.
Sprint recently unveiled its accelerator—powered by Techstars—which will host 10 early-stage companies come next March. Applications are open until December 6. For more, read what Sprint and Techstars execs said about the accelerator, as well as the initial announcement.
