Join KC Digital Drive the evening before mHIT2014—the Midwest Health Informatics and Telemedicine Conference at Children’s Mercy—to talk about three of the Google Fiber-enabled telemedicine pilot projects being built in Kansas City.

The Digital Health Innovation Forum will feature two speakers, both Mozilla/U.S. Ignite Grant winners, and a keynote from Kevin Sparks, chief strategy officer for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City. The forum will be held Aug. 20 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the Sprint Accelerator, 210 W. 19 Terrace, in KC’s Crossroads District. KC Digital Drive’s Aaron Deacon says this is the first of a series of events that will happen three to four times a year. — Source: Eventbrite
