TCARE provides evidence-based software solutions aimed at helping caregivers of elderly and disabled loved ones, by improving the overall health of the caregiver and care receiver.  Its cloud-based aging-in-place and HIPPA-compliant care management platform uses predictive analytics around caregiver health in order to reduce stress and improve caregiver quality of life.

Platform features include standardized assessments, decision algorithms, and care planning tools. TCARE cites 20% reduction in Medicare and Medicaid LTC, 21 months delayed nursing home placement, and $20 million in annual savings as savings and outcomes owing to its software.
