The company, founded by Yi Zhang Ph.D and based in Brookfield, WI, has developed a genetic data analytics platform designed to analyze genetic, demographic and lifestyle data. The collected data is used to generate a comprehensive report for optimal dietary choices.

The company uses evidence-based research from clinical trials and population studies that link positive health outcomes with nutritional genomics. According to GenoPalate, customer DNA is collected using the first and only FDA cleared saliva-based DNA collection device.
