ABPathfinder, Inc., developer of a software tool for autism therapy, has won the Microsoft Health Innovation Award for its work enhancing patient care through analytics.
Founded in 2010 in Overland Park, Kansas, ABPathfinder develops cloud-based software to improve patient outcomes in autism therapy.
“Therapy centers and schools are using our software as a time- and money-saving solution, reallocating their focus on paperwork to patients and students,” said Jeff Blackwood, president and CEO of ABPathfinder. “We’re honored to receive this prestigious award and look forward to continue working with Microsoft’s technologies to improve the care – and ultimately, lives – of individuals.”

SPN last reported on ABPathfinder in December, when it closed a fundraising round for an undisclosed amount, led by FCA Venture Partners, a Nashville-based venture capital firm. They also received investment in 2012 from Dundee VC.
