Today, we’re thrilled to announce this year’s MC and two incredible speaker additions to the 2011 lineup: MC David Hauser of Grasshopper Group and speakers Marc Eckō of Marc Eckō Enterprises and Bo Fishback of Zaarly. With these three now on the slate, and an extra half-day of talks added to this year’s event, we predict another amazing year of inspiration, motivation and education. You can learn more about these and all our speakers on bigomaha.com.

The response for Big Omaha this year has been overwhelming and incredibly humbling. After releasing Early Bird tickets last Wednesday, we sold 250 tickets in just 30 hours. Now, we’ve completely sold out of tickets less than one week after putting them on sale. We’ve opened up a waitlist and may be able to release a handful of Full Price tickets in the coming weeks, but no guarantees.

If you’re unable to get a badge to this year’s event, make sure to join us at the three nights of events open to the public: Opening Party Sponsored by Rackspace, The Hood Internet Concert Sponsored by Microsoft BizSpark and the Closing Party Sponsored by Gist.
We would also like to extend a special thank you to the Kauffman Foundation, who for the second year in a row has helped make this event possible through their generous support of the work we’re doing to build the entrepreneural ecosystem.
You, as the community, continue to motivate and encourage us to bring some of the best ideas, innovators and changemakers into the region. Thank you!
Now, who’s ready for May?
