I have to admit that I found myself so busy during the holidays that I’m a bit relieved they’re over. Because of that, it seems as though it’s been a really long time since the last episode of Startup Drinks. Fortunately, I only have to wait until this Thursday for the next one!
This month, Startup Drinks is taking place at LIV Lounge (2279 S 67th St), at the same time and place as the Silicon Prairie News Site Launch Party. Things are kicking off at 5 and run until 7 p.m. It’s the perfect event for anyone (a) interested in startup culture, who (b) also wants to support SPN’s site launch, and (c) is game for a happy hour drink. If any one or two of those descriptors doesn’t apply to you, then you can still stop by anyway. If all three sound unappealing…well…I don’t know what to tell you. Perhaps you should take up knitting.
Just in case some of you are still unaware, Startup Drinks consists of informal drinks with people who are interested in talking about startup culture and helping other startup people. Sounds great, right? I know. It totally does.
