A quick reminder about Cornstalks tonight at the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce‘s downtown building (1301 Harney Street). Cornstalks is a group for pre-seed and seed entrepreneurs with high-growth companies.

This month we will be hearing from Dr. Mike McGinnis, executive director of the Peter Kiewit Institute (PKI). Prior to assuming his position at PKI in June 2009, Dr. McGinnis served as the executive director of the Virginia Modeling, Analysis and Simulation Center at Old Dominion University for three years, following a seven year tenure as professor and head of the Department of Systems Engineering Department at West Point, New York. Dr. Mike McGinnis will be speaking on the mission of PKI and some of their programs.
