Thursday, July 8, 5:30-7 p.m. – Lincoln YPG Entrepreneurship: Startup Lessons: Hobby to Profitability (Lincoln)

Restore A Muscle Car (11850 North 56th Street)

This Lincoln Young Professionals Group Entrepreneurship event is free and open to the public.

Dave Hall started Restore A Muscle Car in 2005 after years of being a hobbyist gear head by night and programmer by day. Learn how and why Dave followed his passion and made the jump to full time hobbyist. Dave will also take us through how they’ve grown and what they’ve learned along the way.

  • 5:30 – Mix and mingle with free light refreshments
  • 6 – Dave Hall’s story, tour of facility and Q&A with founder
  • 7 – Networking and conclusion of event

So what is Startup Drinks? According to its website it is a national program that helps build the startup culture in cities around world. The program holds events (typically over coffee or spirits) where people can discuss what they are working on, what they need help with and what they can do to help others.
