The second of Nebraska Global‘s spin-offs released its first product earlier this month in hopes of capitalizing on the “momentum and potential” of the program it enhances.
ICORA, an independent software vendor that operates under the umbrella of Lincoln-based venture capital fund Nebraska Global, on June 1 announced the general release of Mako XRM, its visual customizer for Microsoft Dynamics 2011. Dynamics is Microsoft’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

“Our mission is simple: serve the Microsoft Dynamics partner and user communities with high-impact solutions that evolve their practices and deliver a rich user experience,” Allison Jensen, ICORA’s president, said in a release. “Mako XRM hits the bull’s-eye on both.”
Among Mako XRM’s notable features are a single-screen visual interface designed to increase efficiency and accuracy and an offline mode for the creation of customized projects and solutions.
Following closely on the heels of Don’t Panic Labs, ICORA was the second company launched by Nebraska Global, which was established last year with a goal of creating two companies within 18 months and 10 within five years.
