Erin Rollenhagen, 33, had run six Dam to Dams when she was diagnosed with early onset Parkinson’s disease. Now more than two years later, Rollenhagen is headed back to the race course, determined not to let the disease get in the way of her love to run, the Des Moines Register reported Friday. Rollenhagen, who also is the president of Des Moines area web development company Entrepreneurial Technologies, will compete in the 5K race during the 2013 Dam to Dam. As a fundraiser for the Michael J. Fox Foundation, more than 50 of Rollenhagen’s friends have signed up to run the race with her as part of Team Fox(y). — Source: Des Moines Register
