Pipeline Entrepreneurial Fellowship has announced the seven judges who will be participating in this year’s Innovator of the Year competition on January 21.

The day-long event will include a pitch competition and business plan evaluation for 2015 Pipeline Fellows.

Presentation judges include Anthony Ha, writer from TechCrunch; Maree Helena from INFE/Think Ireland Inc. out of Dublin; and Paul Singh of Results Junkies, based in DC.

Business plan judges include Kim Kamdar from Domain Associates in San Diego; Antoinette Matthews of MIT Enterprise Forum in Boston; Steve Orr with NISP Connect in Belfast, Ireland, and Max Shapiro of PeopleConnect in San Francisco.

“This year’s Innovator of the Year event will also serve as the kick off for the tenth year of Pipeline as an organization, so many of the judges are also here to help chart plans for the upcoming year,” said Joni Cobb, Pipeline President & CEO, in a press release.

“We cannot imagine a more fitting way to complete our ninth Fellowship class and launch our tenth anniversary class –everyone has so much anticipation for this event and this milestone year,” said Cobb.

The winner will be announced at the evening gala following the competition, along with a Top Pitch award and an Entrepreneurial Leadership Award. The evening event is sold out, but the community is invited to attend the pitch competition during the day.
