2018 Pipeline Fellows

Pipeline will open applications for the 2019 Entrepreneurial Fellowship on September 1, 2018.

Entrepreneurs interested in the program have until October 22 to submit their application.

Pipeline is a top organization of the Midwest’s most successful, high-performance entrepreneurs. The organization boasts over 120 entrepreneurs who employ over 2,300 people in Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska and have raised more than $513M in outside capital since joining Pipeline.

“Pipeline builds its national network much differently than other organizations,” said Chris Shipley, San Francisco-based author and consultant. “It focuses on building relationships, not just tapping resources. This web of meaningful connectivity brings resources and brain power to the Midwest.”

Pipeline-qualifying entrepreneurs are those that are typically ready for a growth stage with their company, as this is the time when Pipeline can have the most impact on their skills. They are also interested in becoming a contributing member to the Pipeline organization and all of its’ entrepreneurs––people who advise future Pipeline members and push each other to learn more.

“In my first year of Pipeline as a new Fellow, I made stunning changes to my business model that made all the difference in the world to my company’s success and eventual exit,” said Jason Tatge of Kansas City-based Farmobile. “Those changes came from input from experts from around the country that Pipeline brought to bear.”

Pipeline is unique in that it does not require an equity stake in the companies of its entrepreneurs, and is available for life for each entrepreneur who successfully completes their Fellowship year.

The ongoing support has helped many entrepreneurs navigate growth challenges years down the road from their first year in Pipeline.

“Every morning, on my drive to work, I think how thankful I am to Pipeline. It was through the Pipeline Family that I found my current venture,” said Jen Amis of Omaha’s Encounter Telehealth. “It was Pipeline that gave me the knowledge and confidence to build this company. I wouldn’t be where I am today without this. My extraordinary Pipeline Family.”
